Les Hollés reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of purchase is the applicable price.

Orders & Payments

Orders are processed after successful payment.

  • We accept payments via providers such as iDEAL (wero), Card and Bancontact.
  • Les Hollés reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or incorrect information.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Les Hollés aims to process and ship orders within the stated timeframe.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Delays do not entitle you to compensation.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Liability

Les Hollés is not liable for:

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.

Sizing Disclaimer

All items may fit differently depending on the design, fabric, and cut. We provide size guides where possible, but we cannot guarantee a perfect fit. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

Pre-orders & Drops

For pre-order or limited drops, estimated shipping times will be clearly communicated on the product page. Delays may occur due to production or high demand. By placing a pre-order, you agree to these potential delays.

Lost Packages

Les Hollés is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Return Exceptions

The following items may not be eligible for return unless defective:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Limited edition or drop items
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items not caused by us
